Patient Access Supervisor
Affinity Health Center seeks a full-time, Patient Access Supervisor. This position provides program oversight for the Patient Access team. Program oversight includes supervision, performance management, and quality assurance including a focus on customer service and enhancing the patient experience. Participates in Continuous Quality Improvement activities of the organization and the Performance Management System.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent
Customer Service experience preferred
2-3 years of medical office experience preferred
Electronic Medical Record experience preferred
Supervision experience preferred
Valid Driver’s License preferred; reliable transportation required
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written required
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively required
