The Manufacturing Machine Operator will be responsible for their own production line. Must be able to work both in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
· Must be able to read and follow production work orders, use basic tools to change machine settings, document shift production including any issues or maintenance requests, and monitor quality.
· Work involves bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted.
· Must be able to stand on concrete for entire shift. Plant is not climate controlled – hot in summer and cold in winter.
· Must keep work area clean, follow all safety guidelines, and perform basic maintenance.
· May be required to operate a fork-lift. Training is provided.
· Must pass drug screen and criminal background check.
Normal work week is 40 hours with occasional overtime. May be asked to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift based on operational necessity.
