Customer Service Representative – Food Manufacturing environment

Carolina Ingredients is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with preferred experience in the food manufacturing/distribution industry who is passionate about creating value, building partnerships, finding innovative solutions and who has a “get it done right” attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Directly handle all customer interactions regarding all aspects of their orders
Resolve and process customer complaints
Process Orders through Great Plains
Manager customer inventories / floor stock agreements through proactive inventory management
Maintain CRM records of customer communication
Maintain monthly Key Performance Indicators  (KPIs) for sustainable practices
Coordinate customer transactions with Production / Warehouse Staff
Initiate Invoices and perform final check of invoices before sending
Participate in daily production meetings
Prepare daily Open Orders, End of Day and revenue reports and distribute to team
Meet one on one weekly with Business Development coordinator
Potential of communicating and developing South American / Caribbean customer base
Other duties as defined by Business Development coordinator
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in a CSR role.
Minimum of 3-5 years of computer experience with proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Experience with Great Plains and CRM 2011 Contact Management systems is a plus.
Must present a professional appearance and display emotional maturity
