Job Title: Technical Sales EngineerJob Classification: ExemptDepartment: SalesSupervisor/Manager: Executive ManagementResponsibilitiesAdhere to company policies, proceduresMaintain the highest standards for quality workmanship, Safety and HousekeepingResponsible for Customer RFQ, review technical requirements, Quality requirements and Compliance to ensure quoting meeting customer requirements and expectationsResponsible for reviewing Bill of Materials (BOM), Gerber (CAD) and other drawings to meet quoting required format, process labor quoting and tooling required to complete NRE costResponsible for reviewing and monitoring ECN flow and implementationResponsible for Sales performance (KPI) and Objectives regarding to Sales activities and cost effectivenessReview and prepare quotations to submit to customers, including quote follow upResponsible for Customer Focus to ensure customer satisfaction and identify Sales opportunitiesConduct weekly and monthly Sales Review MeetingResponsible to manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects and reporting to customersAssists Manufacturing in specifying tools and equipment required to perform manufacturing tasks efficiently of new projects

Monitor customer requirements related to PCBA compliance, such as Mineral Conflicts, NAFTA…Some travels requiredMay perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Education/ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Master degree is a plusExperience: 5 years of Sales/Engineering experience in Manufacturing environmentSkills: Strong managerial, presentation, and communication skills

Ability to develop skills and management potential of subordinates

Budgeting, proposal preparation, financial justification and negotiation
