Vascular Tech PRN Days
A Vascular Tech is responsible for performing vascular studies ordered in the Cardiopulmonary Department. These studies include Carotid Duplex and Doppler scans, upper and lower extremity, venous and arterial Duplex and Doppler scans. Vascular Techs will also conduct physiological testing of upper and lower extremity arterial systems.
To perform this job successfully, an Vascular Tech must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum Education: An Associates’s degree or professional training is required.
Minimum Experience: 1 to 2 years of job-related experience is required. 2 to 5 years of job-related experience preferred.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: Registration is required within 1 year of employment. BLS required.
