Patient Liaison Emergency Department Full Time Nights


To serve as a clinical resource and coordinating link for all patient/customer clinical question and concerns during the ED visit. Provides support to physicians and hospital staff in both proactive and reactive problem resolution. Role model of Service Excellence pillar leading to improved HCAHPS scores.

Minimum Education:High School Diploma required.Bachelor degree preferred.

Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses:BLS required

Minimum Experience/Additional Certification:


  • Clinical background.


  • Exceptional communication ability and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify problems and resolve conflict through appropriate service recovery initiatives.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of constituents, including patients, family, physicians, and hospital staff
