
Description:
Performs basic data collection and basic patient assessment, identifying deviations, assists with family requests, provides direct inpatient and outpatient care including but not limited to bathing, feeding, vital signs, patient weight,& blood sugar finger sticks. This position requires keen assessment, documentation and communication skills. This individual will be a key member of the Inpatient Nursing Division and will support our goals for delivering excellent patient care. Position will require interaction with RNs.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum Experience: Minimum of six months of work experience preferred.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: CNA, and/or completion of Nursing Fundamentals from an accredited Nursing Curriculum with the intention to complete a nursing degree required. CPR certification required.
