General Construction Laborer – Full time w/ benefits

We are searching for highly-engaged and driven individuals to be part of our silt fence and hydroseeding crews. All of our crews represent the company to our customers and must be able to interact with and problem solve with each other and work as a cohesive team to tackle company goals. This is a demanding position that requires a highly motivated individual!

The crew member is responsible for:

-ensuring that the proper amount of material is loaded and used

-determining which equipment is appropriate

-resolving emergency maintenance issues

-working in all weather conditions

-being prompt every morning

Requirements:

-Reliable transportation to and from the shop

Compensation range is extremely competitive with the ability to rise based on performance. Health and dental insurance (75% of your cost is covered by the company!), uniforms, 401K, and vacation!
