This position will be responsible for sharing the duties of the IT Support Team. The Support Team serves as the single point of contact for all information technology questions, issues or services involving either software or equipment . Work is performed under general supervision. In addition this person will be involved in daily reports/system processing and duties associated with the IT department, including but not limited to cybersecurity.
This position includes but is not limited to the following duties:
Respond to telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support; identify, research, and resolve technical issues; ensure timely resolution and follow-up
Configure and install software applications and hardware for end users
Train users in the proper use of hardware as necessary
Understand cybersecurity landscape and awareness to escalate any issues
Properly configure the installation of software packages for each user based on the user’s job duties
Research, review and install all necessary upgrades to software packages
Assist in performing IT audit and risk assessment activities including monitoring and analyze security alerts across various platforms
Perform daily system processing duties as needed
Utilize excellent customer service skills
Must be available to work flexible hours – before and after business hours work may be required.
Perform various duties for IT projects as assigned
