This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Support Specialist to provide reliable technical assistance to internal and external customers. Be part of a team that is solving complex technical problems for the customer. Drive timely responses to customer demands by supporting the coordinating efforts of different teams. Build business insight while learning to address customer’s technical needs.

Initially this role will be based in Fort Mill, SC with the potential to move to the Greater Charlotte area in the near future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate issue identification and analysis
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues
  • Track requests resolution
  • Provide technical training
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Test products & software
  • Develop and share knowledge

You must have

  • Bachelors Degree

We value

  • Extensive customer facing experience
  • Strong knowledge of compliance laws
  • Safety Product Experience
  • Experience as an industrial hygienist
  • Experience in the industry is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset, strong leadership impact
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and SharePoint
  • Demonstrable experience with Knowledge Management & Call Center Management
  • Good administration skills
