The Sr. Advanced Quality/ Compliance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring products comply with mobility and wireless network regulatory requirements of intended markets.
Identify and interpret applicable regulations, manage product certification testing, and test documentation for intended domestic and worldwide market. Provide information and technical assistance to design engineering and manufacturing on compliance standards, regulations, and specifications.
Plan, initiate, and manage conformance and compliance tests, costs and product compliance evaluation requirements. Provide guidance and ownership of regulatory content and markings for compliance labeling, packaging and product documentation.
Provide Certification Cost and Schedules for all active NPI (New Product Introductions) projects.


Create mobility and wireless global certification test and cost plans
Develop communication and contacts with wireless carrier engineers, test labs and outsource partners
Collect and disseminate inputs on mobility and wireless regulatory requirements on new devices; discuss active project schedule and certification process requirements; develop and track activities of outsourced partners, third party test labs, and Radio Module vendors.
Communication with multiple certification labs to procure and initiate test services tracking project milestones to assure on time product certification and product release. Closely interact with R&D, Marketing, Project Managers and test engineers both internally and with external test labs to ensure and drive all issues to resolution


BSEE with emphasis on wireless/RF Communication
3+ years of professional mobility and Wireless Certification experience


Demonstrated Project Management experience and customer-facing skills
Microsoft Suite experience strongly preferred
