At Honeywell, the Offering Director owns the portfolio end-to-end and is accountable for delivering on offering growth and profitability objectives.  The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturing and sourcing, engineering and R&D, internal senior executives, Field Sales organization, key business partners and the senior management team to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio today and in the future.  In this role you will be responsible for defining, developing and deploying a comprehensive, global portfolio of Hearing protection products, services and integrated solutions.  

The successful candidate will be expected to be a high-energy, creative and resourceful self-starter who demonstrates leadership skills and instincts.  This person is highly intelligent and enthusiastic with a commitment to excellence.  In terms of personal competencies, the successful candidate must be a hands-on individual who possesses the best combination of strategic thinking and drive to achieve tangible business results.  The candidate must also balance theoretical thought with practical application in the face of ambiguity.

Key Responsibilities:

Global portfolio strategy, planning and optimization
New offering Introduction
Create product and solution roadmaps
Defining go-to-market/commercial strategies for portfolio
Business model development
Value-based pricing strategy and realization
Voice of the Customer
Manage product lifecycle
Project planning and execution

Job Activities:

Define and deliver on winning portfolio strategy
Define and bring to market new products/solutions (NPIs)
Lead portfolio optimization and lifecycle management efforts
Drive commercial launch and ongoing demand/profit optimization initiatives to achieve financial targets
Identify and drive new breakthrough initiatives to accelerate growth
Defining go-to-market/commercial strategies for portfolio
Set and optimize pricing to deliver on growth and profitability objectives
The role requires approximately 25% travel


Bachelors in an Engineering or Business related degree
A minimum of 3 years experience in Product Management or Strategic Marketing


Experience working within the Safety Industry
Ability to work independently and drive decisions within degree of authority
Proven track record of leading projects / product launches
Go to market and digital marketing skills
Ability to motivate and influence team members
Structured approaching to thinking and problem solving
