The Honeywell Personal Protective Equipment (HPPE) Gloves, Clothing and Footwear Offering Manager is responsible for driving portfolio strategy and portfolio management for the Gloves, Clothing and Footwear business.  In this capacity this leader would be responsible for defining and bringing to market winning solutions which provide life and death protection to work across a broad range of industries from construction to manufacturing to medical and first responders and looking to drive step function growth in this portfolio.  This portfolio includes offerings across the following categories: Gloves, Clothing and Footwear

At Honeywell, the Offering Manager owns the portfolio end-to-end and is accountable for delivering on offering growth and profitability objectives.  The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturing and sourcing, engineering and R&D, internal senior executives, Field Sales organization, key business partners and the senior management team to maximize the growth, development and return on investment of the organization’s product portfolio today and in the future.  In this role you will be responsible for defining, developing and deploying a comprehensive, global portfolio of products, software, services and integrated solutions.  This will also include driving portfolio decisions to expand into new adjacent markets, adapt business models to expand value capture and integrate hardware, software and services to deliver winning solutions for our customers.
This role will be based in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

  • Bachelors Degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience


  • MBA or equivalent business management experience
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Diverse product management experience with technical offerings and ideally including with services and software-based solutions
  • Experience with creating strategic visions and execution
  • Solid understanding of recurring revenue business/commercial models
  • Commercial sales and marketing experience
  • Project management experience
  • The ability to manage people in a high output environment
  • Drive to exceed and win
  • Excellent organizational skills
