Develop and design chemical manufacturing processes. You will apply the principles of chemistry, biology, physics, and mathematics to solve problems that involve the production or use of chemicals, fuel, drugs, food, and many other products. You will use your broad knowledge to help run experiments and tests to aid in the development of improved manufacturing procedures and processes.

Key Responsibilities

·       Perform laboratory testing

·       Adjust and calibrate instrument

·       Research and develop new chemical manufacturing methods and/or processes that can improve the performance, cost and/or quality of our PPE products

·       Innovation for new technology, material, process etc.

·       Lead improvement initiatives

·       Gather estimates of the cost of production

·       Test and monitor performance of processes throughout production

·       Troubleshoot problems with manufacturing processes

·       Conduct analysis and prepare reports


·       Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or Material

·       Minimum of 3 years experience in Functional Coating


·       Relative working experience Anti-fog, Anti-scratch, UV protection coating process, compounding knowledge and experience will be a plus

·       An understanding of engineering principles and mathematics

·       An aptitude for, and interest in chemistry

·       Project management skill

·       Resource management skills

·       Good communication and technical documentation skills

·       Analytical and problem-solving ability

·       The ability to work as part of a team
