Marketing Coordinator-ASCG

Works to coordinate marketing applications across Leroy Springs & Co.’s family of brands, execute tactics related to the strategic plans for the organization and its marketing initiatives. The coordinator will leverage technology to help communicate on behalf of the company and its brands. Reports to the Communications Director.


Build email marketing campaigns for the company and its brands
Write and produce digital media content including social media, video and other relevant platforms
Coordinate content development and updates across the company’s suite of websites
Coordinate the development of collaterals to support marketing strategies, including rack cards, brochures, flyers, banners, posters, signage and business cards
Assist in writing and producing company marketing materials
Implement brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in company communications
Help implement SEO best practices including current metatags, keywords and other SEO-friendly techniques across company websites
Source and develop promotional marketing materials to help fulfill annual collaterals schedule (retail, programs, events, signage banners, collaterals, etc.)
Manage photo database internally and on digital platforms
Performs other duties as required

Proficient in MS office software
Skilled in understanding and best practices of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and others
Use of Adobe Creative Suite
Use of Blackbaud software (Altru, LuminateOnline and FinancialEdgeNXT training available)
Above average organization, communication and administrative skills
Results oriented
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with staff members and department directors

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Coordinator will be interested in recreation, wellness, events, and environmental / historical issues, as well as possess a passion for the company’s programs and the ability to convey that passion.
Active use and understanding of social media platforms required

Must be physically able to operate a variety of automated office machines and equipment including computers, calculators, general office equipment, telephone, camera, etc. Able to exert up to twenty-five pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Requires walking on various terrain throughout the Company operations on a regular basis.



Possession of a valid driver’s license.
