Perform efficiency testing operations efficiently, effectively and safely with minimal supervision to assure quality standards are met.  May train new operators



  1. Tester setup and maintenance
    1. Efficiency Test Training Document
    2. Efficiency Orifice Charts
    3. Efficiency Test Flow Chart
    4. Particle Count Correlation
    5. Photometer calibration
  2. Template changeovers
  3. Data Entry and Bar Code scanning in Technical Database
  4. Particle counter setup and maintenance
  5. Understanding of basic air flow measurement concepts and calculations and control of air flow as required by test
  6. Label printing and placement on filter
  7. Understanding of Process Labels and Reject Tags
  8. Perform all duties safely and with quality standards in mind.
  9. Perform all other duties as assigned



Skills and Experience

  1. Able to speak, read and write in English highly desired.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent level of education preferred.
  3. 2 years of machine operator experience preferred.
  4. 2 years of production work in a manufacturing environment required.
  5. Basic to intermediate computer skills required.
  6. Able to work overtime as needed.
  7. Able to stand to perform tasks for prolonged periods of time.
  8. Mechanical aptitude sufficient to troubleshoot equipment as needed.
  9. Able to satisfy the physical, visual and auditory requirements below.
