Account Specialist (Customer Service)

Our Account Specialists are experts at delivering superior customer service to our clients and their customers. This position requires frequent and effective communication via phone, email, and in-person. Routine duties will include greeting guests at the front office, promptly answering phone calls, conducting accurate computerized data entry, and responding to inquiries regarding shipment tracking, physical inventory and order status.


Greet office visitors and direct them appropriately
Field inbound and outbound phone calls
Frequent email communications
Manage administrative functions of assigned accounts
Process inbound/outbound shipment and return paperwork in compliance with SOPs
Manual data entry of orders and other client information
Electronic file manipulation and troubleshooting
Upsell goods and services when appropriate
Provide support to other team members as needed

Qualifications and Skills

Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Fast learner that pays attention to details
Critical thinker and problem solver
Excellent time management skills
Windows PC experience including web browser
MS Excel and Intuit QuickBooks skills
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year customer service experience (warehouse knowledge is a plus)

This opening is for a full time position (7:30 am to 6:30 pm; Mon – Fri) with occasional overtime. Starting pay will be $12+/hr (DOE) with benefits offered after a probationary period. Preference will be given to applicants that provide a cover letter and resume reflecting their professionalism.
