Customer Conversion Representative

Comporium is a diversified communications company providing a Quintuple Play of five services — voice, video, data, wireless and security — at the retail level; as well as, providing security monitoring and media services for its industry customers. Under this concept, the Comporium Group is uniquely positioned to offer customers a one-stop-shopping for all their communications needs.



The purpose of this job is to work with iControl customers to convert them to Alarm.com systems as well as Moxi to Stream TV. This would include taking calls generated by outbound marketing efforts, outbound calling, and transfers from other teams within the company.




  • Communications with customers through call queues, chat, and outbound calling to convert Alarm.com and Stream TV services
  • Data entry including ADC portal entry, service order entry, DocuSign creation and any other data entry needed for Moxi and Stream TV
  • Reporting of conversion activity to management
  • Other related duties as required


  • Must have at least two years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills required
  • Sales mindset preferred
  • Access Point experience preferred
  • Registration with SC & NC alarm boards will be required
