Contract Renewal Specialist, Compressor Technique
Manage the Service Plan Portfolio for the CTS team. Renew service contracts for assigned region through direct communication with the end users. Take actions to drive improved renewal rates within the portfolio. Create and maintain service contract files. Create weekly and monthly reports. Continuously seek to identify and implement improved contract processes and procedures. Modify contracts for changes. Audit contracts as needed for invoicing and service discrepancies. Communicate effectively with the local Service Sales Managers as a effective sales team.
Perform assigned duties in accordance with Atlas Copco standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer. Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

What we expect of you?
Experience – 2 years of relevant experience.
Education – Associate’s 2-year degree or equivalent work experience.
Skills – Must be able to work independently and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Must be able to manage multiple priorities with flexibility in a fast-paced work environment. Must have a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to customer service. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, and Outlook. Must be able to pick up and understand the current Customer Management Programs. And utilize Share Point. Sales Skills are a must.
