Human Resources Regional Partner

Job Summary

This position is located at our Marine Drive Facility in Rock Hill, SC and will also be responsible for employee
relations and the administration of policies, procedures, HR processes and
related data for all employees in our Southeast US region. The HR
Regional Partner will work closely with other key groups in the HR
organization, namely our specialized HR Centers of Expertise and HR Services
groups, with a view to delivering high quality, seamlessly integrated HR
support for the business, employees and leaders.

Primary Job Functions

  • Collaborate
    with Centers of Expertise to provide input for the design of HR programs
    in specific areas (e.g. Compensation, Talent Development, etc.) and to
    support the delivery of such programs in the region
  • Facilitate
    Talent Acquisition activities including, but not limited to, the screening
    of potential candidates over the phone and in person
  • Assist
    with preparation of job descriptions for positions and conduct job
    analysis to determine appropriate salary level according to compensation
  • Administer
    disability leave policy; work with employees to review and determine how
    benefits will be applied; interface with payroll to ensure proper
    administration of disability leave pay
  • Manage
    Worker Compensation claims including working closely with claims
  • Initiate
    changes to maintain employee level data in HRIS; ensure compliance with
    all data privacy requirements
  • Provide
    guidance and direction to leadership and employees with emphasis on
    coaching, counseling, policies, procedures and standards
  • Travel
    as necessary within assigned region

Education and Training

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred


  • At
    least 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years experience in a
    Generalist capacity
  • At
    least 1 year of recruiting experience
  • Experience providing HR services and support in a manufacturing environment.

    meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Oracle Taleo and Fusion platforms preferred
