Culture & Communications Program Manager

About the Job 
As the Culture Communications Program Manager, you will oversee a suite of People & Culture programs intended to make 3D Systems a great place to work. This role is suited for someone who enjoys both the forward-thinking and strategic as well as tactical, “roll up your sleeves” work. We’re searching for a self-starting professional who can jump in with both feet, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive employee programs to cultivate and advance our culture 
 
Responsibilities 
This role will be responsible for planning, implementing and measuring a variety of culture programs (e.g. talent, diversity, engagementdevelopment programs) 
  • What’s great about this role is that you will be exposed to a lot of different programs. You will play a key role in helping set strategy for People & Culture (HR) programs. And you will be responsible for leading the execution. 
  • You will be acting as a program/project manager to effectively execute multiple projects running simultaneously. 
  • You will need proven, strong communications skills to write messages, create slide decks and tools, and package content in a clear and engaging way     
  • You will research and curate content and solutions for programs.  
  • You will partner with IT and various groups within HR to build out the infrastructure/systems to support programs. 
  • You will partner with Internal Communications to build awareness and give visibility to programs.  

 

Qualifications

 

Minimum Qualifications 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in the fields of Communications, Talent, Diversity, and Development at global organizations 
  • At a minimum, 3 to 5 years of hands-on project/program management experience coordinating multiple, large-scale activities simultaneously in a fast-paced corporate setting.   
  • Content development skills 
  • Strong writing skills.   
  • High degree of personal and professional credibility, including responsiveness, business focus, integrity, sound judgment, and ability to prioritize effectively across competing demands. 
 
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for the effective measurement of D&I. 
  • Results-oriented: possess a bias for action; has an excellent track record to work under minimal supervision, with minimal formal processes/structures, follow general guidance, set priorities, and make sound decisions.
