Guest Services I


Responsible for Guest Services daily operations, specifically the use of system software to process admission, registrations, memberships and point of sale transactions. Greets and responds to members and visiting guests in an efficient and courteous manner. Must be able to use computer to process financial transactions and complete end-of shift balancing reports. Weekends required. 15-25 hours per week.


Verifies membership status (visiting members); encourage and sell new/renew memberships
Collects daily use fees; accepts registrations; performs point-of-sale transactions at
special events
Operates computer software to process memberships, program registrations and point of sale
Performs opening and closing cash procedures in an efficient and orderly manner; utilizes
proper cash handling processes
Provides excellent customer service in a tactful, professional and pleasant manner; both in
person and over the phone
Disseminates information about the ASC Greenway, programs, special events, memberships,
policies and procedures
Maintains work areas and lobby area in a clean and organized manner
Communicates any problems, concerns or suggestions to supervisor in a professional and timely
Opening staff responsible for completing facility walk-through before open for business;
reports any facility needs
Closing staff responsible for shutting down computer workstations and locking all exterior
Assists in inventory management
Other duties as assigned

Blackbaud experience preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cash handling experience
First aid/CPR certifications; will train
Darkness to Light training; will train

No supervisory responsibilities


Must be able to exert up to twenty pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects when needed. Most work is sedentary; it may be necessary to remain on feet for extended periods.
