Gathers facts and data regarding a client and their material handling needs/challenges
Analyzes and reports on gathered information in a manner that establishes credibility with the client
Collaborating with internal teams, directs the development of unique integrated material handling solutions that provide the client with an identifiable and measurable benefit
Engaged with key stakeholders throughout the project delivery phase to promote successful outcomes
Prepares and presents recommendations and business case information to executive leadership
Supports the sales team in promoting the value of the Honeywell Intelligrated solution
Research and evaluate emerging automation and robotic technologies for potential use in solutions
Observes the client's facilities, studies their operation and makes recommendations that improve throughput, capacity, and utilization based upon education and experience in the industry
May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent education/experience.
Minimum of 10 years of Material Handling Industry Experience
WE VALUE
Experience working with Automated Material Handling equipment, Advanced Automation, and/or Robotics
Knowledge of operations within a retail distribution and/or e-fulfillment center
Experience in the field of Fulfillment Operations, Distribution Consulting and/or Integrated Solutions design
In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products and technologies
Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to be self-motivated and work independently but also with teams
Ability to communicate effectively across language and cultural barriers
Ability to travel up to 25%
