The Consumer Loan Processor is responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of all loan documents processed through online banking, phone, and branches. This individual is also responsible for maintaining proper documentation as required on all loan files and records. Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required.
JOB DUTIES:
Process and disburse loans in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Assist with loan servicing requests presented through the call queue.
Assist lending staff with follow up of loan documentation and correspondence with applicants.
Responsible for reviewing loan documentation and obtaining signatures as required.
Ensure that supporting loan documentation is properly uploaded to Onbase.
Monitor IMM to ensure timely archiving of loan documents.
Set up payroll deductions, ACH and payment transfer methods as needed.
Monitor eTitle software and scan eTitles to loans.
Assist with VECH and paid out auto reports.
Generate and mail Adverse Action forms.
Prepare and scan documentation.
Comply with Founders’ policies and procedures, as well applicable laws, regulations, and statutes issued by federal agencies such as NCUA and FFIEC, including, but not limited to, GLB and BSA. Employees have legal and regulatory obligations to respect and protect the privacy of information and its integrity and confidentiality.
All other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
The Consumer Loan Processor I must have a minimum of a high school level education. Individual must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and excellent organizational skills. The ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast paced environment is essential. A working knowledge of or prior experience with loan procedures and regulations is a plus.
Candidate must be available Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-6pm.
