LMS Analyst
Sunbelt’s LMS Analyst is empowered to advise & innovate on trainings, so we can make it happen for our customers.

Lead workstreams for complex learning management system upgrades with minimal impact on stores and the Support Office. This includes migration to a new LMS platform for employees and customers.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Sunbelt’s learning management system, understanding system functionality and configuration options to the same extent as the vendor SMEs. Remain current on all new releases ensuring that Sunbelt is capitalizing on all new features and benefits.
Ensure system scalability and stability by developing and enforcing standards, policies, processes, workflows and advanced reporting for the learning management system.
Provide best in class customer service by responding timely and accurately as the escalation point of contact for level 2 internal customer needs including reporting or tracking inaccuracies, learning plan issues, system functionality, etc. with a focus on first-time resolution
Manage vendor relationship with third-party courseware vendors.
Remain current on LMS industry trends, vendors and best practices ensuring that Sunbelt’s platform is best-in-class and state-of-the-art relative to emerging technologies
Upload and test online content before publishing to production environment. Maintain all control documentation.
Configure, generate, and distribute custom reports and dashboards
Assist in the development of quality standards and procedures related to the LMS and maintain all processes supporting LMS functionality
3-5 years LMS experience, Cornerstone On-Demand, SumTotal, SuccessFactors or an equivalently complex platform
Demonstrated working knowledge of data management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint

The Production Support Engineer supports Sunbelt Field Operations and is part of IT production support team providing front line technical support to end users responding to issues related to Problem/Incident Management, Release/Deployment, Operational Readiness, Application Monitoring, Production Governance related issues.

Sunbelt’s Sr. Director, Asset Disposition is equipped for success so we can make it happen for our customers.
The Sr. Director, Asset Disposition will be empowered to develop and lead strategies to the business to drive and increase sale proceeds by identifying the most productive disposal channels by product type and market acceptance by understanding current market dynamics and channels available.
This role will provide comprehensive and effective support of planned and casual rental asset disposals in the United States and Canada, currently estimated to produce $350-$400m in revenue annually. Also, this role has oversight of the administrative portion of Fleet Operation’s invoicing and Disposition reporting and analytics functions. To achieve this objective, the Sr. Director, Asset Disposition will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all available avenues of disposal and leverages knowledge and experience to select the optimum disposal channel.
Education or experience that prepares you for success:
Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management or a related field or equivalent work experience
15 years of experience in the fields of capital asset management and/or equipment rental
Rental industry experience strongly preferred
Experience with Wynne preferred
