Winthrop University: Discover Local Talent at SOURCE
The Fourth Annual Showcase of Undergraduate Research and Creative Endeavors (SOURCE) at Winthrop University promises to be the largest and most robust one yet.
“Set for Friday, April 20, this year’s SOURCE will feature more than 250 students and projects, representing at least 30 academic departments and programs from all five colleges,” said Robin Lammi, director of the Office of Undergraduate Research.
Presentations span the natural, physical and social sciences, the arts and humanities, business and education. There will also be live performances in the DiGiorgio Campus Center and on the Barnes Recital Hall stage. The Winthrop Galleries’ Undergraduate Juried Exhibition is also highlighted at SOURCE, with 33 student pieces selected for inclusion by an external juror.
This is a great opportunity for local businesses and companies to go out and see the wealth of talent that Winthrop has readily available.
