If you work in a smaller office, you know there can be benefits and and downsides to knowing and working in an environment that has a select number of employees. From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday, you know you are going to be seeing the same people, so here are some tips and tricks to help you make the most of your office experience:

Enter each day with a good attitude

Make friends…

… not enemies

Optimize the space you are given

Respect common areas

Don’t be that “extra” person

Figure out how to deal with people you don’t necessarily like

Be appropriate 

Steer clear of conflict

But no matter what, still try to have a good time
